Let me just start by saying OMG this was fantastical. This one will definitely go down as one of the top 10 recipes we’ve tested so far. It is ballz-to-the-wallz amazing! Slow Cooker Chicken Philly
Guess who’s baaaaack? We’ve been total lazy a$$hats lately, so I’m going to stop guilt-tripping myself and just jump right in to a statement of how much I love my slow cooker now that I have this new full-time job and I can’t seem to find any free time for anything. So, when I saw this easy peasy looking recipe online that also provided one of the yummiest warm sandwiches out there, I just had to give it a try!

So, I have to fess up…figuring out where to get free time to write posts while adjusting to a new full-time job has proved to be a little more challenging than I originally thought. Additionally, loosing access to a computer which I can use to edit and watermark our images has also put a damper on a few things. I’m hoping to get the computer issue sorted out soon, but I’m still working on figuring out the time thing. Turns out being an adult kind of sucks and hobbies have to be planned out now.
Either way, I want to take this opportunity to apologize for being a total slacker and ease back in with a Pinterest find that comes with absolutely amazing step-by-step instructions with fantastic images, so this post will not feature our usual format. Instead, I’ll show you what I ended up with and give you a detailed review since there definitely were a few hiccups that I really think you should note before making this otherwise delicious home-made Thai delicacy.
