OK, if you noticed the delicious salmon baked in aluminum foil post from last week you’ll realize that this talapia-baking business is a very big step for me. I’m actually becoming a little more adventurous when it comes to fish (read: I actually started preparing fish at all)! Scary, I know! So, when I saw this delicious-looking talapia recipe on Pinterest I knew it just had to happen! Even though the pin itself doesn’t lead to the recipe itself, I managed to dig it out and ventured into talapia baking! You ready for this?

This one’s been sitting in our queue for an unjustly long time. I mean, fish is kind of easy to prepare anyway (as I’m told) and this one claims to do it in the most simple way. All you need is some aluminum foil, and the basic ability to layer lemon slices, salmon (or other fish), salt, butter, pepper, and bake…that’s it!
