I’m not gonna lie, other than the gloriousness of bacon, pork is almost never on my dinner menu. However, I was shopping at my dear Publix the other day, and they had lean pork chops on a crazy sale. So, since it was such a great deal and, to be honest, I can’t remember the last time I had pork chops, I decided why the heck not!? Let’s pig out!
